Ingredients:
- Perennial Pastures Corn and Soy Free Whole Chicken
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup of bread and butter pickles chopped
- 2 cups of grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup of homemade mayo

Salt & pepper to taste
Homemade Mayo:
- 1 pasture raised egg
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
Instructions:
- Roast whole chicken. Let cool, then shred and pull apart.
- In large bowl combine chopped celery, grapes, pickles and chicken.
- For your mayo, with an immersion blender, whisk together egg, mustard, lemon juice and salt. Once blended, slowly blend in olive oil.
- Add the homemade mayo to the large bowl and mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
