Ingredients
- 2-4 Perennial Pastures whole chicken leg quarters
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it evenly over the skin
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and oregano
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken, coating each piece evenly
- Bake the chicken leg quarters in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving
