The beef is ground fresh, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen in 1 lb packages for long-lasting freshness and convenience for all of your favorite recipes! We do not use anything but fresh lean beef from our cattle to make our ground beef, so it's 100% grass-fed/grass-finished.
