Stew Meat, Hand Cut - $15/lb

This flavor packed, hand-cut stew meat can be used to make any type of slow-cooked, shredded beef type dish.  It can also be marinated, tenderized, and roasted for a kabob-style dish.  Our stew meat is cut a little larger than a traditional piece of stew meat, allowing for more versatility and a broader range of dishes with this meat.  The chunks of meat are cut from the round, a lean part of the animal with tons of flavor.  The pieces are hand-cut, and a little larger than a traditional stew meat, which lends to a rich, rustic style dishes.
